Sustainable development
Environmental responsibility is a key factor for us, so important that we had chosen GREEN theme to our company name. We believe that transportation as one of the most polluting industries, can be done with sensitive touch. As a company, we are committed to green initiatives and environment friendly approach is one of our core values.
Nearly 20 % of all emissions in European Union come from road transport, both freight and passenger. If there is no change till 2020, then this ratio will increase to 30 %. Emissions from road freight transport are about 1/3 of total transport emissions. Most emissions (93-95%) are represented by CO2 gas. Our philosophy is that our major carriers use new and more environmentally friendly vehicles with EURO 5 and higher, we want our share of the pollution to be minimum.
By using higher EURO class vehicles, we also contribute to lower costs of transportation, as carriers can save on lower tolls in the various countries of the European Union.
